Located a few metres from former Division A offices, the new structure cost over Shs751m. On addition to housing Division A offices, the new building will also accommodate a public library and exhibition hall for artifacts among others. While commissioning the building on March 2, Entebbe mayor Vincent Kayanja reiterated the need to uplift the ramshackled structures in the municipality cum city.

The construction which commenced on January 14, 2020, was expected to be complete in not more than 20months. “Well as we have handed over the building to Entebbe authorities, we shall keep monitoring it for more six months, taking responsibility over any damages and liabilities that may arise within that period,” intimated an engineer under Stone construction Ltd, a company which was contracted to raise the structure.
